Lieutenant Governor Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha is taking feedback on IAS Officers.
Sources said that the major factor of feedback is department wise review.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and his Principal Secretary will decide upon that who are the most intellectual Officers and they will be given Top departments, where those at the bottom will be sent to less important or dummy departments.
Now the question arises, Who will be top five Fabulous Officers?
