Coronavirus update: Single-day spike of 75,829 Covid-19 cases and 940 fatalities on Sunday pushed India’s coronavirus caseload to 65,49,373. More than 100,000 people in the country have died from the coronavirus infection so far, the Health Ministry said on Saturday.
Maharashtra continues to remain the worst-affected state with 14,30,861 Covid-19 positive cases. Karnataka’s total number of coronavirus recoveries touched 5,08,495, with the discharge of 8,989 more patients on Saturday.
