Department of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh Affairs in Ministry of Home Affairs has now sought Applications from Indian Civil Accounts Services Officers who are willing to serve in jammu and Kashmir.
Sources told that the communication now sent to ICAS Officers , whereas Officers of Indian Defence Servicesm were asked earlier this month
As per details, that one IRS Officer Raja Yaqoob has already come on depuation to J&K and got importnat posting , similary Of officers coming on deputation to get substantial postings in J&K
